Ongoing research project
With a research grant from Grafill, we are establishing a theoretical framework for neural media: a cognitive, generative medium. The project prototypes how design can be flexible, personalised, active and reactive when the medium itself can think and respond. Building on the ideas of K Allado-McDowell—writer, artist, musician, and pioneering figure in AI literature.
